Peanut Butter Fluff Fat Bombs

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
- 4 oz cream cheese
- 2 tbsp natural peanut butter
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 4 packet stevia
- 1/2 square unsweetened chocolate
Instructions
- In a large bowl, whip the heavy cream with an electric mixer until stiff peaks form.
- In a separate bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, peanut butter, vanilla, and stevia together until smooth and creamy.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture until evenly combined.
- Spoon or pipe the mixture into silicone molds or onto a parchment-lined tray.
- Melt the unsweetened chocolate and drizzle a small amount over each fat bomb.
- Freeze for at least 2 hours until solid. Store in the freezer.
