Peanut Butter Fluff Fat Bombs

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • 2 tbsp natural peanut butter
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 4 packet stevia
  • 1/2 square unsweetened chocolate

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whip the heavy cream with an electric mixer until stiff peaks form.
  2. In a separate bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, peanut butter, vanilla, and stevia together until smooth and creamy.
  3. Gently fold the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture until evenly combined.
  4. Spoon or pipe the mixture into silicone molds or onto a parchment-lined tray.
  5. Melt the unsweetened chocolate and drizzle a small amount over each fat bomb.
  6. Freeze for at least 2 hours until solid. Store in the freezer.
