Parmesan Crusted Pork Chops

Ingredients

  • 7 pork chops
  • 6 tbsp almond flour
  • 1 large eggs
  • 3 oz parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Set up a breading station: place the almond flour in one shallow dish, beat the egg in a second dish, and place the grated Parmesan in a third dish.
  3. Season the pork chops with salt and pepper.
  4. Dip each pork chop first in almond flour, then in beaten egg, and finally press into the Parmesan to coat both sides.
  5. Place the breaded pork chops on the prepared baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping once halfway through, until the coating is golden and the pork reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
  7. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
