Parmesan Crusted Pork Chops

Ingredients
- 7 pork chops
- 6 tbsp almond flour
- 1 large eggs
- 3 oz parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Set up a breading station: place the almond flour in one shallow dish, beat the egg in a second dish, and place the grated Parmesan in a third dish.
- Season the pork chops with salt and pepper.
- Dip each pork chop first in almond flour, then in beaten egg, and finally press into the Parmesan to coat both sides.
- Place the breaded pork chops on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping once halfway through, until the coating is golden and the pork reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
