Oven Baked Adobo Pork Chops {Paleo, Low-Carb & Keto}

Ingredients

  • 4 bone pork chops ((naturally raised))
  • 1 tbsp adobo seasoning
  • 1 tbsp avocado oil

Instructions

  1. Drizzle pork chops with avocado oil and season with adobo seasoning.
  2. Refrigerate for a least 30 minutes or up to overnight.
  3. Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
  4. Line a baking pan with parchment (to make clean up easier) and arrange pork chops in a single layer.
  5. Bake at 300 for 90 minutes.
  6. Turning over pork chops roughly 1/2 way through.
  7. After 90 minutes, increase temp to 350 and bake for an additional 30 minutes.
  8. Enjoy!
