Ingredients
- 10 ounces drained
- 1 stalk celery (roughly chopped into small pieces)
- 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil (roughly chopped into small pieces)
- 1/4 cup red onion
- 1/2 lemon (Juiced)
- 1/4 cup roasted tomatoes (roughly chopped into small pieces)
- 1 tablespoon capers
- 2 tablespoons dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley
- 1 pinch pink salt (roughly chopped into small pieces)
- freshly ground black pepper (roughly chopped into small pieces)
- 2 teaspoons dill (roughly chopped into small pieces)

Instructions
- Combine all ingredients except to the avocado.
- Let the flavors marinate in the fridge for 30 minutes before eating.
- Serve with a quarter of an avocado.

- Note: I left the oil and mustard as a range because it will depend if you prefer your tuna salad with less dressing.
