Mediterranean Tuna Salad With Avocado (Only 3 Net Carbs!) Keto, Paleo & Whole30 Compliant

Ingredients

  • 10 ounces drained
  • 1 stalk celery (roughly chopped into small pieces)
  • 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil (roughly chopped into small pieces)
  • 1/4 cup red onion
  • 1/2 lemon (Juiced)
  • 1/4 cup roasted tomatoes (roughly chopped into small pieces)
  • 1 tablespoon capers
  • 2 tablespoons dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley
  • 1 pinch pink salt (roughly chopped into small pieces)
  • freshly ground black pepper (roughly chopped into small pieces)
  • 2 teaspoons dill (roughly chopped into small pieces)
  • avocado (– Fresh

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients except to the avocado.
  • Let the flavors marinate in the fridge for 30 minutes before eating.
  • Serve with a quarter of an avocado.
  • Enjoy!
  • Note: I left the oil and mustard as a range because it will depend if you prefer your tuna salad with less dressing.
  • Play around with the amounts to get what works for you!
