Ingredients

  • 10 oz drained
  • 1 stalk celery ((roughly chopped into small pieces))
  • 2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil ((roughly chopped into small pieces))
  • 1/4 cup red onion
  • 1/2 lemon (Juiced)
  • 1/4 cup roasted tomatoes ((roughly chopped into small pieces))
  • 1 tbsp capers
  • 2 tbsp dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley
  • 1 pinch pink salt ((roughly chopped into small pieces))
  • freshly ground black pepper ((roughly chopped into small pieces))
  • 2 tsp dill ((roughly chopped into small pieces))
  • avocado (– Fresh

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients except to the avocado.
  2. Let the flavors marinate in the fridge for 30 minutes before eating.
  3. Serve with a quarter of an avocado.
  4. Enjoy!
  5. Note: I left the oil and mustard as a range because it will depend if you prefer your tuna salad with less dressing.
  6. Play around with the amounts to get what works for you!
