Ingredients
- 10 oz drained
- 1 stalk celery ((roughly chopped into small pieces))
- 2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil ((roughly chopped into small pieces))
- 1/4 cup red onion
- 1/2 lemon (Juiced)
- 1/4 cup roasted tomatoes ((roughly chopped into small pieces))
- 1 tbsp capers
- 2 tbsp dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley
- 1 pinch pink salt ((roughly chopped into small pieces))
- freshly ground black pepper ((roughly chopped into small pieces))
- 2 tsp dill ((roughly chopped into small pieces))
- avocado (– Fresh
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients except to the avocado.
- Let the flavors marinate in the fridge for 30 minutes before eating.
- Serve with a quarter of an avocado.
- Enjoy!
- Note: I left the oil and mustard as a range because it will depend if you prefer your tuna salad with less dressing.
- Play around with the amounts to get what works for you!
