Ingredients

  • 1 cup almonds ((sliced or chopped))
  • 1 cup coconut ((sliced or chopped))
  • 1/2 cup pistachios ((sliced or chopped))
  • 4 tbsp ground flax
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup ((sliced or chopped))
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil ((sliced or chopped))
  • 3 tbsp cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp sweetener ((sliced or chopped))
  • 1 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375F.
  2. Line a large rimmed baking sheet with parchment.
  3. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix very well.
  4. Make sure the coconut oil and maple syrup are well distributed.
  5. Make a single, even layer of granola on the baking sheet and bake for about 10-15 minutes until it starts to brown.
  6. Watch it carefully to prevent burning, especially around the edges.
  7. Remove from the oven and let it cool completely.
  8. It will continue to crisp up as it cools.
  9. Serve with nut milk as a cereal or top yogurt, ice cream, etc.! Store in a sealed container with a paper towel to keep it dry
