Low Carb Sandwich | Pork Loin

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 3 oz pork loin
  • 1/4 tsp minced garlic
  • 1/4 tsp dried thyme ((We use this!))
  • 1/4 tsp dried parsley ((We use this!))
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 2 slice bread ((We use this!))
  • 2 slice red onion

Instructions

  1. Season the pork loin with minced garlic, dried thyme, dried parsley, salt, and pepper.
  2. Melt the butter in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Sear the pork loin for 3-4 minutes per side until cooked through and golden brown.
  4. Let the pork rest for a few minutes, then slice thinly.
  5. Toast the bread slices if desired.
  6. Layer the sliced pork on the bread, top with red onion rings, and close the sandwich.
