Low Carb Sandwich | Pork Loin

Ingredients
- 1 tbsp butter
- 3 oz pork loin
- 1/4 tsp minced garlic
- 1/4 tsp dried thyme ((We use this!))
- 1/4 tsp dried parsley ((We use this!))
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 2 slice bread ((We use this!))
- 2 slice red onion
Instructions
- Season the pork loin with minced garlic, dried thyme, dried parsley, salt, and pepper.
- Melt the butter in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Sear the pork loin for 3-4 minutes per side until cooked through and golden brown.
- Let the pork rest for a few minutes, then slice thinly.
- Toast the bread slices if desired.
- Layer the sliced pork on the bread, top with red onion rings, and close the sandwich.
