Low Carb Raspberry Chocolate Cream Pie

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup almond meal
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 2 tbsp Truvía® Baking Blend
- 2 oz melted butter
- 8 oz cream cheese ((softened))
- 2/3 cup heavy cream
- 5/16 oz jello ((softened))
- 1/4 cup boiling water
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup sugar free chocolate chips
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
Instructions
- BasePreheat fan forced oven to 160C/320F.In a bowl mix together the almond meal, truvia, cocoa powder and butter.Press the mixture into the base of a 9.5in pie plate and bake for 18 minutes until firm around the edges and slightly puffed in the centre.Allow to cool.
