Low Carb Lamb and Halloumi Burgers with Cucumber Cream

- 9 ounces halloumi cheese (grated)
- 2 teaspoons ground cumin
- 1 tablespoon parsley (grated)
- 1 teaspoon rosemary (grated)
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 pinch salt
- 8 ounces sour cream
- 3 1/2 ounces cucumber (grated)
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch pepper
Instructions
- Lamb and Halloumi PattiesPlace all patty ingredients in a large bowl and mix together.
- Mixing with hands is the quickest method to evenly combine the ingredients, disposable gloves are recommend.Separate the mix into 10 evenly sized pieces and roll each into a smooth ball, flatten the balls into a burger patty shape.Grill the patties over medium high heat for 5-8 minutes each side, until cooked through and serve with Cucumber Cream
