Ingredients
- 6 oz almond meal
- 2 tbsp stevia ((natvia))
- 2 1/2 oz butter
- 12 oz sweetened condensed milk ((natvia))
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1 tbsp powdered gelatin
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 package jello ((natvia))
- 3/4 cup boiling water
- 1/2 cup cold water
Instructions
- BasePreheat oven to 320F/160C.Mix together the almond meal, natvia and melted butter.Press into the base of a rectangle baking pan (11 x 9 in) and bake for 10 to 12 minutes, until firm and starting to brown on the edges.Cool the base in the fridge.
