Ingredients

  • 6 oz almond meal
  • 2 tbsp stevia ((natvia))
  • 2 1/2 oz butter
  • 12 oz sweetened condensed milk ((natvia))
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp powdered gelatin
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 package jello ((natvia))
  • 3/4 cup boiling water
  • 1/2 cup cold water

Instructions

  1. BasePreheat oven to 320F/160C.Mix together the almond meal, natvia and melted butter.Press into the base of a rectangle baking pan (11 x 9 in) and bake for 10 to 12 minutes, until firm and starting to brown on the edges.Cool the base in the fridge.
