Ingredients

  • 2 oz butter
  • 1 onions (1 yellow onionyellow)
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 17 oz celery ((1 yellow onionyellow))
  • 1 lb tuna packed in olive oil ((1 yellow onionyellow))
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 4 oz shredded parmesan cheese ((1 yellow onionyellow))
  • 1 tsp chili flakes
  • 6 oz baby spinach
  • 4 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Chop onion, bell pepper and celery finely and fry in butter in a large frying pan until slightly soft.
  3. Season with salt and pepper. Mix tuna, mayonnaise, parmesan cheese and chili flakes in a greased baking dish.
  4. Add fried vegetables and stir. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown. Serve with baby spinach and olive oil.
