Ingredients

  • 6 tortillas (Flaxseed)
  • 3 tbsp oil ((Flaxseed, Recipe Here))
  • jalapeno chilies ((Flaxseed, Recipe Here))
  • shredded cheese
  • sour cream

Instructions

  1. Make the flaxseed tortilla's using this recipe. Cut the tortillas into 6 slices.
  2. Pre-heat deep fryer. Once ready, lay out 4-6 pieces or tortilla at a time. Fry for about 1-2 minutes, then flip.
  3. Fry for another 1-2 minutes on the other side. Remove from the fryer and place on paper towels to cool.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve with toppings of choice!
