Ingredients
- 4 tbsp PBfit
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar
- 4 tbsp soy sauce
- 4 tbsp reduced sugar ketchup
- 4 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 tsp fish sauce
- 2 cup mozzarella cheese ((~8 oz.))
- 3/4 cup almond flour
- 1 tbsp psyllium husks ((~8 oz.))
- 3 tbsp cream cheese ((~8 oz.))
- 1 large eggs
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp ginger
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 2 chicken thighs
- 3 oz mung bean sprouts
- 2 green onions ((~8 oz.))
- 1 1/2 oz shredded carrots
- 2 tbsp peanuts
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400F.
- Mix together all sauce ingredients and set aside.
- Microwave mozzarella and cream cheese for the pizza base for 1 minute.
- Add egg, then mix together with all dry ingredients.
- Spread dough onto a silpat, covering edge to edge, then bake for 12-14 minutes.
- Flip pizza, then top with chopped chicken, sauce, shredded carrots, and mozzarella.
- Bake again for 7-10 minutes, or until cheese has melted.
- Top with bean sprouts, spring onion, peanuts, and cilantro.
