Keto Spicy Fish Tacos With Cabbage Slaw and Sauce

Ingredients

  • 2 lb haddock
  • 4 tsp seasoning ((cajon))
  • 2 tbsp canola oil
  • 4 cup cabbage ((cajon))
  • 1/3 cup cilantro
  • 2 green onions ((cajon))
  • 1 clove garlic ((cajon))
  • 3 tbsp white vinegar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp Swerve Sweetener (optional)
  • 1/3 cup sour cream
  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tsp lime zest
  • 8 leaf lettuce ((cajon))

Instructions

  1. FishSeason fish with cajun seasoning and salt and pepper if desired.
  2. Add oil to pan and heat.
  3. Cook fish until it flakes easily with a fork and it is slightly browned.
  4. Place on plate when cooked.
  5. Cabbage SlawMix up all ingredients in a bowl.Lime CremaWhisk all ingredients in a bowl until combined.
  6. Fish TacosSeparate lettuce leaves for wraps and place cabbage slaw and then fish on each leaf.
  7. Top with sauce and enjoy!
