Keto Slow-Cooker Cabbage Casserole
- 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
- 1/2 head cauliflower (riced)
- 1 cabbage (sliced)
- 2 cups fresh tomatoes (riced)
- 1 onions (diced)
- 3 garlic cloves (riced)
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley
- 2 teaspoons dried oregano
- 1 cup tomato sauce
- 2 cups beef stock
- sea salt
- freshly ground black pepper
- Place the ground beef, cauliflower, cabbage, tomatoes, onion, and garlic in a slow cooker.
- Top everything with dried oregano and parsley; season everything generously with sea salt and freshly ground black pepper.
- Pour in the tomato sauce and beef stock, give everything a stir.
- Cover and cook on low 6 to 8 hours.
