Keto Slow-Cooker Cabbage Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 head cauliflower ((riced))
  • 1 cabbage (sliced)
  • 2 cup fresh tomatoes ((riced))
  • 1 onions (diced)
  • 3 garlic cloves ((riced))
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley
  • 2 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 cup tomato sauce
  • 2 cup beef stock
  • sea salt
  • freshly ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. Place the ground beef, cauliflower, cabbage, tomatoes, onion, and garlic in a slow cooker.
  2. Top everything with dried oregano and parsley; season everything generously with sea salt and freshly ground black pepper.
  3. Pour in the tomato sauce and beef stock, give everything a stir.
  4. Cover and cook on low 6 to 8 hours.
