Keto Pad Thai With Shirataki Noodles

Ingredients

  • 1 package noodles (shirataki fettuccini)
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons fish sauce
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons liquid aminos
  • 2 tablespoons Swerve Sweetener (or xylitol)
  • 1/4 teaspoon blackstrap molasses (shirataki fettuccini)
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (shirataki fettuccini)
  • 3 tablespoons fresh lime juice (shirataki fettuccini)
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil (shirataki fettuccini)
  • 2 cloves garlic (shirataki fettuccini)
  • 200 grams shrimp (shirataki fettuccini)
  • 2 eggs (lightly beaten)
  • 30 grams beansprouts
  • 3 green onions (shirataki fettuccini)
  • 1/2 cup cilantro leaves (shirataki fettuccini)
  • 35 grams unsalted roasted peanuts (shirataki fettuccini)

Instructions
