Ingredients

  • 1 package noodles ((shirataki fettuccini))
  • 1 1/2 tbsp fish sauce
  • 1 1/2 tbsp liquid aminos
  • 2 tbsp Swerve Sweetener (or xylitol)
  • 1/4 tsp blackstrap molasses ((shirataki fettuccini))
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper ((shirataki fettuccini))
  • 3 tbsp fresh lime juice ((shirataki fettuccini))
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil ((shirataki fettuccini))
  • 2 clove garlic ((shirataki fettuccini))
  • 200 g shrimp ((shirataki fettuccini))
  • 2 eggs (lightly beaten)
  • 30 g beansprouts
  • 3 green onions ((shirataki fettuccini))
  • 1/2 cup cilantro leaves ((shirataki fettuccini))
  • 35 g unsalted roasted peanuts ((shirataki fettuccini))

Instructions

  1. To prepare the shirataki noodlesWe think best to follow manufacturer’s instructions (albeit rinse for a little longer until the konjac plant aroma goes away).
