Ingredients

• 1 cup heavy whipping cream
• 4 tbsp nut butter ((Legendary Foods Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip))
• 1 tbsp erythritol ((Legendary Foods Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip))

Instructions

1. In a small mixing bowl, combine the heavy whipping cream and nut butter with a whisk.
2. Pour the combined mixture into a 16 ounce mason jar and add powdered erythritol.
3. Shake vigorously for 3-4 minutes.
4. Place in freezer for at least 3 hours.
5. Top with additional Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip nut butter, if desired.
6. Enjoy!
