Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup crumbs ((pork rind, measure after processing to crumbs))
  • 3 tbsp grated parmesan cheese ((pork rind, measure after processing to crumbs))
  • 1 tsp gluten ((pork rind, measure after processing to crumbs))
  • 1/8 tsp granulated garlic
  • 1/8 tsp freeze dried parsley
  • 1 tbsp sour cream
  • 1 large eggs ((pork rind, measure after processing to crumbs))
  • 1 tsp unfiltered apple cider vinegar

Instructions

  1. Spray 2 ramekins (3-4 oz) with olive oil or coconut oil cooking spray.
  2. Mix everything together with a spatula until smooth.
  3. Divide between the 2 prepared ramekins.
  4. Microwave on high for 55 seconds or until done.
  5. Remove from ramekins and cool, bottom sides up.
  6. If desired, toast to dry out bottoms.
  7. Split and toast and enjoy with butter or use as a base for your favorite sandwich.
