Ingredients
- 1/4 cup crumbs (pork rind, measure after processing to crumbs)
- 3 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese (pork rind, measure after processing to crumbs)
- 1 teaspoon gluten (pork rind, measure after processing to crumbs)
- 1/8 teaspoon granulated garlic
- 1/8 teaspoon freeze dried parsley
- 1 tablespoon sour cream
- 1 large eggs (pork rind, measure after processing to crumbs)
- 1 teaspoon unfiltered apple cider vinegar
Instructions
- Spray 2 ramekins (3-4 oz) with olive oil or coconut oil cooking spray.
- Mix everything together with a spatula until smooth.
- Divide between the 2 prepared ramekins.
- Microwave on high for 55 seconds or until done.
- Remove from ramekins and cool, bottom sides up.
- If desired, toast to dry out bottoms.
- Split and toast and enjoy with butter or use as a base for your favorite sandwich.
