Ingredients
- 2 tbsp almond flour ((16 g/ 0.6 oz))
- 1 tbsp coconut flour ((16 g/ 0.6 oz))
- 1/8 tsp baking soda
- 1 tbsp erythritol ((16 g/ 0.6 oz))
- 1 large eggs ((16 g/ 0.6 oz))
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract ((16 g/ 0.6 oz))
- 1 tbsp extra virgin coconut oil ((16 g/ 0.6 oz))
- 5 drop liquid stevia ((16 g/ 0.6 oz))
- 3 berries (can be mixed)
- 2 tbsp heavy cream ((16 g/ 0.6 oz))
Instructions
- Place all the dry ingredients in a mug or ramekin and combine well.
- Crack in the egg, ...
- add coconut oil, vanilla extract, ...
- stevia and mix well.
- Top with berries.
- Try berry stevia or plain stevia drops from SweetLeaf.
- Microwave on high for 60-90 seconds.
- Optionally, serve with cream or coconut milk.
- Preheat the oven to 175 °C/ 350 °F and cook for about 12-15 minutes or until cooked in the centre.
