Jalapeno Vegetable Soup

Ingredients
- 1 head cabbage ((cleaned and cut up))
- 2 can rotelle
- 1/2 head cauliflower ((cleaned and cut up))
- 1 bag baby carrots ((cleaned and cut up))
- 9 stalk celery ((cleaned and cut up))
- 1 green pepper ((cleaned and cut up))
- 1 onions (large)
- 2 jalapeno chilies ((cleaned and cut up))
- 2 tbsp garlic ((cleaned and cut up))
- 3 tsp chili powder
- 2 tsp cumin
- 2 tsp oregano
- crushed red pepper ((cleaned and cut up))
- 32 oz chicken broth
- 8 oz cream cheese
Instructions
- Turn crock pot on highPour chicken broth into crock pot3.
- Add all of the other ingredients except for the cream cheese, Let your soup get real good and hot before adding the cream cheese, I waited for 2 hours.
- Turn to low and let cook for 6-8 hrs or until all ingredients are thoroughly cooked.
