Jalapeno Vegetable Soup

Ingredients

  • 1 head cabbage ((cleaned and cut up))
  • 2 can rotelle
  • 1/2 head cauliflower ((cleaned and cut up))
  • 1 bag baby carrots ((cleaned and cut up))
  • 9 stalk celery ((cleaned and cut up))
  • 1 green pepper ((cleaned and cut up))
  • 1 onions (large)
  • 2 jalapeno chilies ((cleaned and cut up))
  • 2 tbsp garlic ((cleaned and cut up))
  • 3 tsp chili powder
  • 2 tsp cumin
  • 2 tsp oregano
  • crushed red pepper ((cleaned and cut up))
  • 32 oz chicken broth
  • 8 oz cream cheese

Instructions

  1. Turn crock pot on highPour chicken broth into crock pot3.
  2. Add all of the other ingredients except for the cream cheese, Let your soup get real good and hot before adding the cream cheese, I waited for 2 hours.
  3. Turn to low and let cook for 6-8 hrs or until all ingredients are thoroughly cooked.
