Haddock Chowder

Ingredients

  • 2 piece haddock ((cooked and cut up small))
  • 5 piece bacon ((cooked and cut up small))
  • sea salt ((cooked and cut up small))
  • pepper (to taste)
  • 3 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 dashes paprika
  • 1 head broccoli ((cooked and cut up small))
  • 1/2 head cauliflower ((cooked and cut up small))
  • 2 tbsp cheese ((cooked and cut up small))
  • 3/4 cup mozzarella cheese ((cooked and cut up small))

Instructions

  1. Cook haddock, bacon, broccoli and cauliflower.
  2. Add all ingredients to a soup pot except cheese.Cooked on low heat on stove until all blended and soft bubbling.Add cheese and cook another 10 minutes until melted in well.
