Ingredients

  • 1 lb farmer cheese
  • 1 cup coconut flour
  • 1 pinch salt ((to taste, optional))
  • 1 tsp stevia ((to taste, optional))

Instructions

  1. Mix farmer cheese, coconut flour, salt and 2 eggs.
  2. Mixture should be like paste texture.
  3. Form pancakes into round shape.
  4. Dust it just a bit with coconut flourFry till both sides are golden brownCan be served with blueberries or any topping of your choice.
