- 1 lb farmer cheese
- 1 cup coconut flour
- 1 pinch salt ((to taste, optional))
- 1 tsp stevia ((to taste, optional))
Instructions
- Mix farmer cheese, coconut flour, salt and 2 eggs.
- Mixture should be like paste texture.
- Form pancakes into round shape.
- Dust it just a bit with coconut flourFry till both sides are golden brownCan be served with blueberries or any topping of your choice.
