Easy Cauliflower Pizza

Ingredients

  • 1 head cauliflower ((flourets medium head, 4 full cup flourets))
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tbsp flour ((flourets medium head, 4 full cup flourets))
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 4 tbsp tomato sauce
  • 1 cup white cheddar cheese ((flourets medium head, 4 full cup flourets))

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl until combined.
  2. Form balls, using 1 tbsp measure.
  3. Place on a tray and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  4. Drizzle some melted chocolate on top.
  5. Keep refrigerated for up to 1 week.
