Easy Cauliflower Pizza

Ingredients

  • 1 head cauliflower (flourets medium head, 4 full cup flourets)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tablespoon flour (flourets medium head, 4 full cup flourets)
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 tablespoons tomato sauce
  • 1 cup white cheddar cheese (flourets medium head, 4 full cup flourets)

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients together in a bowl until combined.
  • Form balls, using 1 tbsp measure.
  • Place on a tray and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  • Drizzle some melted chocolate on top.
  • Keep refrigerated for up to 1 week.
