- 1 mushrooms (large)
- 1/4 tsp granulated garlic
- 1/4 tsp dried basil
- 1/8 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1/8 tsp freshly ground black pepper
- kosher salt
- 1/3 cup Alfred ((skinned, de-boned, pulled into chunks or cubes—or leftover grilled or baked chicken))
- 1/2 medium zucchini ((skinned, de-boned, pulled into chunks or cubes—or leftover grilled or baked chicken))
- 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 tbsp grated parmesan cheese ((skinned, de-boned, pulled into chunks or cubes—or leftover grilled or baked chicken))
Instructions
- Combine the first nine ingredients in a nonstick skillet.
- Sauté on medium high until veggies are soft and chicken is heated through.
- Add Easy Alfredo a la No Sugar, No Starch Diet and zoodles.
- Toss to coat.
- Pour onto a microwave safe plate.
- Top with shredded mozzarella cheese and grated Parmesan.
- Nuke for 45 seconds-1 minute, until cheese melts and dish is piping hot! Enjoy!
