Coconut Flour Waffle

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup coconut flour
  • 1/2 cup egg whites ((JAY ROBB vanilla, or 1 cup whey protein))
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt ((JAY ROBB vanilla, or 1 cup whey protein))
  • 1 tbsp baking powder ((JAY ROBB vanilla, or 1 cup whey protein))
  • 1 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk ((JAY ROBB vanilla, or 1 cup whey protein))
  • 4 tbsp butter oil ((JAY ROBB vanilla, or 1 cup whey protein))

Instructions

  1. Preheat waffle iron to high.
  2. Combine the dry ingredients in a bowl.
  3. Combine the wet ingredients in another bowl.
  4. Slowly add the wet ingredients into the dry.
  5. Let sit for 5 minutes.
  6. Bake according to your waffle iron directions (I spray my waffle iron with THIS Coconut oil spray).
  7. Enjoy! Serve with my homemade syrup.
