Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup chia seeds ((whole or ground if you prefer a smoother texture, 32 g / 1.1 oz))
  • 1/4 cup coconut milk ((whole or ground if you prefer a smoother texture, 32 g / 1.1 oz))
  • 1/2 cup water ((whole or ground if you prefer a smoother texture, 32 g / 1.1 oz))
  • 3 drop oil of orange
  • 1/2 tsp orange zest
  • 1 tbsp erythritol ((whole or ground if you prefer a smoother texture, 32 g / 1.1 oz))
  • 10 drop stevia extract ((whole or ground if you prefer a smoother texture, 32 g / 1.1 oz))
  • 2 tbsp dark chocolate ((whole or ground if you prefer a smoother texture, 32 g / 1.1 oz))
  • whipped cream ((whole or ground if you prefer a smoother texture, 32 g / 1.1 oz))

Instructions

  1. Mix the chia seeds, coconut milk, water and Erythritol.
  2. If you prefer a smoother texture, use ground chia seeds (note: ground chia seeds may taste bitter).
  3. Add fresh orange zest (or orange extract) ...
  4. and 5-10 drops of stevia.
  5. Let it sit for at least 10-15 minutes, ideally overnight in the fridge.
  6. Optionally, tor with whipped cream, orange zest and some grated dark chocolate.
  7. Enjoy!
