  • 2 oz melted butter ((56 g))
  • 1 1/2 oz coconut flour ((56 g))
  • 1 tsp baking powder ((56 g))
  • 1 tsp onion powder ((56 g))
  • 1 tsp dried parsley
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 6 oz shredded mozzarella cheese ((56 g))

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 C / 400 F.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs and melted butter.

  5. Combine the wet and dry ingredients until mixed well.
  6. Stir in the shredded cheese.
