Cauliflower "Tater" Tots (low-carb, keto)

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cup riced cauliflower ((cooked & cooled))
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/3 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/3 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder

Instructions

  1. 1.
  2. Make sure riced cauliflower is cooked and cooled before beginning the rest of the recipe 2.
  3. Preheat oven to 425° 3.
  4. Line a baking sheet with pachment paper 4.
  5. Mix ALL ingredients in a mixing bowl 5.
  6. Use a 1 Tbsp measurement to form tots (I made 16) 6.
  7. Bake for 25-35 minutes or until golden brown and firm 7.
  8. Serve!
