Cauliflower "Tater" Tots (low-carb, keto)

Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cup riced cauliflower ((cooked & cooled))
- 2 large eggs
- 1/3 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/3 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
Instructions
- 1.
- Make sure riced cauliflower is cooked and cooled before beginning the rest of the recipe 2.
- Preheat oven to 425° 3.
- Line a baking sheet with pachment paper 4.
- Mix ALL ingredients in a mixing bowl 5.
- Use a 1 Tbsp measurement to form tots (I made 16) 6.
- Bake for 25-35 minutes or until golden brown and firm 7.
- Serve!
