Cauliflower Soup with Cheddar

Ingredients
- 2 pints chicken stock
- 1 cauliflower (Large)
- 7 oz heavy cream
- 3 1/2 oz cheddar cheese
- 2 clove garlic ((Large))
- 1 pinch nutmeg
- pepper (to taste)
- salt (to taste)
Instructions
- Heat up the chicken stock.Chop up cauliflower and garlic into small bits.Add chopped cauliflower and garlic to stock.Simmer for 10-15 minutes, until cauliflower is soft.Add cheddar cheese and heavy cream.Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg to taste.Cool and blitz in a food processor.
