Keto Low Carb Donuts

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup coconut flour
  • 8 tablespoons coconut flakes (Unsweet)
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup almond milk
  • 1/4 cup erythritol
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon stevia
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 Add all ingredients to a mixing bowl (make sure coconut oil is melted) Mix until completely blended Pour dough into mini bundt cake pan (or donut pan) Bake for 20 minutes (check with toothpick)
