Mix the pork rinds and the almond flour.
Set up a breading station with your chicken, beaten eggs and almond flour/pork rinds mixture.
Dip all the chicken tenders in the egg, then in the almond flour/pork rinds and sauté in light olive oil for about 4 minutes on each side.
Add the wing sauce and butter to a bowl and mix till combined.
Add the cooked chicken tenders and dip each one in the sauce.
Serve with a low carb blue cheese dressing (I use Marzetti) and enjoy!
