Ingredients

  • 5 tablespoons whey protein powder (25 g)
  • 3 tablespoons coconut oil (25 g)
  • 2 tablespoons hot water (25 g)
  • 1 teaspoon salt (25 g)

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 160 C / 320 F.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a medium bowl, combine the whey protein powder and melted coconut oil together.
  • Add the hot water and mix well.
  • Add the salt and mix well.
  • Place the mixture on the parchment paper and spread it as thin as possible.
  • Bake for about 15 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
  • Break it into pieces.
