Mix ground beef with 1/4 tbsp cumin, chili powder, chopped garlic, hot sauce and green chiles.
Mix thoroughly and portion into four large patties.
-Melt cooking fat (coconut oil, butter or ghee) in grill pan or heavy bottom saute pan over medium heat.
Cook burger patties in grill pan to desired doneness.
-Mix mayo with remaining 1/2 tbsp cumin and stir to thoroughly combine.
-Top burger patties with a slice of cheese and a slice of red onion.
Top with a spoonful of cumin mayo and wrap in a leaf of lettuce.
