Preheat oven to 300 degrees F.
Whisk together dry ingredients (through salt) in a medium mixing bowl.
Add egg whites, melted coconut butter, and flavor extracts, mixing until smooth.
Lightly spray a 7"x5" baking dish with cooking spray, and pour batter in using a spatula.
Bake for 10-15 minutes until the center no longer jiggles, but is still gooey.
Brownies will set as they cool, so be very careful not to over-bake.
Slice into eight pieces and enjoy!
