Using a hand or stand mixer, beat cream cheese until fluffy.
Add chopped smoked salmon and thinly sliced scallions.
Beat until well incorporated.
Roll into bite sized balls then lightly coat in Everything Bagel Seasoning.
Chill 2-3 hours before enjoying for the flavors to come together.These will keep for up to a week in the fridge or may be frozen for longer storage.
Allow to thaw in the fridge before eating.
Recipe Notes
Feel free to use finely diced red onion in place of the scallions and add capers, if desired.
Make sure you are choosing (raw) smoked salmon and not hot smoked salmon
