(Sesame Seed, sukrin brand or ground sesame seeds)

Instructions
Place the sesame seed flour and the baking powder into a mug.
Mix together.
With room temperature butter, add the butter, egg and salt to the mug and mix together well.
Microwave for 90 seconds (or bake in the oven for 15 mins).
