Preheat oven to 425°F

Mix almond flour, salt, pepper, and garlic powder

Mix egg, heavy cream, and 1 Tbsp hot sauce in a separate bowl

Line a baking sheet with foil and/or a baking rack

Dip chicken into egg mixture, then into "breading"

Place "breaded" chicken tenders on baking sheet

Bake for 20 minutes

While chicken cooking, mix melted butter and 1 cup hot sauce

Remove chicken from oven, drizzle/coat tenders with butter and hot sauce mixture
10.
Bake for an additional 5-10 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (broil briefly to crisp up tenders if desired)

Serve!
