Keto BLT Sandwich (Gluten-Free, Grain-Free)

Ingredients

  • 2 slices cooked bacon
  • 4 slices tomatoes
  • 4 lettuce leaves
  • mayonnaise (or mustard to taste)
  • sandwich bread (or mustard to taste)

Instructions

  • Make two slices of keto sandwich bread.
  • Spread mayo or mustard on each slice of bread.
  • Layer bacon, tomato and lettuce on top of one slice, then place other slice on top.
  • Enjoy!
