  • 2 slices cooked bacon ,
  • 4 slices tomatoes ,
  • 4 lettuce leaves ,
  • mayonnaise (or mustard to taste),
  • sandwich bread (or mustard to taste)


  • Make two slices of keto sandwich bread. Spread mayo or mustard on each slice of bread. Layer bacon, tomato and lettuce on top of one slice, then place other slice on top. Enjoy!
