Keto BLT Sandwich (Gluten-Free, Grain-Free)
- 2 slices cooked bacon
- 4 slices tomatoes
- 4 lettuce leaves
- mayonnaise (or mustard to taste)
- sandwich bread (or mustard to taste)
- Make two slices of keto sandwich bread.
- Spread mayo or mustard on each slice of bread.
- Layer bacon, tomato and lettuce on top of one slice, then place other slice on top.
