Set up a double boiler by bringing a pot of water up to a simmer.
When simmering, place a microwave proof bowl over the water, ensuring that it's not touching.
Add the chopped chocolate and mascarpone.
Allow to melt gently and stir regularly.
Once melted, carefully remove the bowl and allow to cool slightly.
When cool enough to handle, fill a candy mold with the chocolate mixture.
Place into the fridge to harden and then pop out the chocolate fat bombs from the mold and enjoy
