Ingredients
- 1 tbsp chia seeds ((ground + 3 tablespoons water))
- 3/4 cup almond butter ((ground + 3 tablespoons water))
- 1/4 cup butter ((ground + 3 tablespoons water))
- 1/2 cup Swerve Sweetener (granulated)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 oz walnuts ((ground + 3 tablespoons water))
- 1 oz dark chocolate ((ground + 3 tablespoons water))
Instructions
- Instructions:Preheat the oven to 350°F. Combine the ground chia seeds and water in a medium mixing bowl and let sit 5 minutes then stir in the remaining ingredients.
- Transfer the batter to a 5 or 6 inch cast iron skillet. Bake for 20 minutes then allow to cool slightly for it to set up a bit more.
