Turmeric Cauliflower Recipe – Keto Lunch Bowls

Ingredients

  • 1/4 head cauliflower ((Chopped into bite sized pieces))
  • ground turmeric
  • feta cheese
  • butter oil ((Chopped into bite sized pieces))

Instructions

  1. Heat butter or coconut oil in a frying pan.
  2. When hot, add the chopped cauliflower and a couple of shakes of turmeric, or more to taste.
  3. Cook until softened and golden, adding more butter or coconut oil when you think it needs it.
  4. Once cooked, crumble over the feta and pour over the cream.
  5. Bubble away for a minute or so and serve.
