St. Louis Ribs - Keto Style!

- 2 rib (racks of St. Louis
- 2 tablespoons paprika
- 2 tablespoons splenda
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1/2 tablespoon pepper
- 1/2 tablespoon ground ginger
- 1/2 tablespoon onion powder
- 1/4 tablespoon cayenne pepper
- 2 ounces dijon mustard
Instructions
- Instructions Preheat oven to 225 degrees Using a sharp knife, remove the membrane on the back of the ribs if it is present Mix together all of the spices Spread mustard all over the ribs Rub the spice mixture into the meat Place the ribs on a foil lined sheet Bake uncovered for 60 minutes Tent the meat with some aluminum foil and cook for 3.5 more hours or until the internal temperature reaches 180 degrees, turning after 2 hours Remove the foil and broil on high for 5 minutes to develop a good crust Cover and let rest for 10 minutes
