Ingredients
- 1/3 cup raspberries ((fresh of frozen))
- 1/2 cup mascarpone ((fresh of frozen))
- 1/4 cup water
- 5 ice cubes
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract ((fresh of frozen))
- 1 tbsp oil ((fresh of frozen))
- 1 tbsp erythritol ((fresh of frozen))
Instructions
- Place all of the ingredients into a blender.
- Blend until smooth, adding more sweetener if you want it sweeter.
- Top with whipped cream or coconut milk, to taste.
