  • 1/3 cup raspberries ((fresh of frozen))
  • 1/2 cup mascarpone ((fresh of frozen))
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 5 ice cubes
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract ((fresh of frozen))
  • 1 tbsp oil ((fresh of frozen))
  • 1 tbsp erythritol ((fresh of frozen))

Instructions

  1. Place all of the ingredients into a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth, adding more sweetener if you want it sweeter.
  3. Top with whipped cream or coconut milk, to taste.
