Ingredients
- 1 scoop vanilla whey protein powder ((~30g))
- 2 tbsp water ((~30g))
Instructions
- In a small bowl, combine the vanilla whey protein powder and water.
- Stir until a smooth, thick batter forms. Add a splash more water if needed.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-low heat and lightly grease with cooking spray or butter.
- Pour the batter into the pan to form a small pancake.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes until bubbles form on the surface and the edges look set.
- Flip carefully and cook for another 1-2 minutes until golden on both sides.
- Serve with your favorite low-carb toppings.
