Ingredients

  • 1 scoop vanilla whey protein powder ((~30g))
  • 2 tbsp water ((~30g))

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, combine the vanilla whey protein powder and water.
  2. Stir until a smooth, thick batter forms. Add a splash more water if needed.
  3. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-low heat and lightly grease with cooking spray or butter.
  4. Pour the batter into the pan to form a small pancake.
  5. Cook for 2-3 minutes until bubbles form on the surface and the edges look set.
  6. Flip carefully and cook for another 1-2 minutes until golden on both sides.
  7. Serve with your favorite low-carb toppings.
