Low Carb Vegan Ranch Dressing (dairy free, soy-free, keto)

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup hemp seeds ((hulled))
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup vegan mayonnaise
  • 3 tbsp fresh dill ((hulled))
  • 3 tbsp fresh parsley ((hulled))
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

Instructions

  1. To a blender, add hempseeds, water, salt, onion and garlic.
  2. Blend until smooth, scraping down the sides every so often (carefully!).
  3. One this mixture is smooth, add in vegan mayo, chopped dill, chopped parsley and pepper and blend until just combined.
  4. Pour into a sealed container, chill and enjoy!
