Low Carb Pancakes (Keto Friendly Recipe)

Ingredients

  • 2 oz cream cheese
  • 2 tbsp coconut flour
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 dash salt ((brings out the flavors))
  • 1 dash cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp stevia
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tbsp heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Put all the ingredients together in the blender and mix it until all the ingredients have blended completely together.
  2. This recipe yields about 5 medium size pancakes.
  3. Note: These pancakes were a bit darker only because I cooked them in left over bacon grease (YUM!)
