Low Carb Pancakes (Keto Friendly Recipe)

Ingredients
- 2 oz cream cheese
- 2 tbsp coconut flour
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 dash salt ((brings out the flavors))
- 1 dash cinnamon
- 1 tbsp stevia
- 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp heavy cream
Instructions
- Put all the ingredients together in the blender and mix it until all the ingredients have blended completely together.
- This recipe yields about 5 medium size pancakes.
- Note: These pancakes were a bit darker only because I cooked them in left over bacon grease (YUM!)
