Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 2 ounces parmesan cheese (grated)
  • 1 teaspoon marjoram (grated)
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil (grated)
  • 3/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup tomato passata
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon marjoram (grated)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 pound ground beef

Instructions

  • MeatballsPreheat your oven to 200C/390F.Line a roasting tray with parchment paper and set aside.Place all the meatball ingredients into a large bowl and mix well.
  • We recommend wearing food safe disposable gloves.Roll into tablespoon sized balls and place on the prepared tray.
  • We got 35 meatballs.Bake in the oven for 10-13 minutes.
