Low Carb Italian Meatballs with Basil and Parmesan

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 2 oz parmesan cheese ((grated))
  • 1 tsp marjoram ((grated))
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil ((grated))
  • 3/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup tomato passata
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 cup basil ((grated))

Instructions

  1. MeatballsPreheat your oven to 200C/390F.Line a roasting tray with parchment paper and set aside.Place all the meatball ingredients into a large bowl and mix well.
  2. We recommend wearing food safe disposable gloves.Roll into tablespoon sized balls and place on the prepared tray.
  3. We got 35 meatballs.Bake in the oven for 10-13 minutes.
