Low Carb Cheddar, Maple & Mustard Pork Meatballs

Ingredients
- 2 pounds ground pork
- 7 ounces cheddar cheese (shredded)
- 2 tablespoons dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons sugar (shredded)
- 1 tablespoon cider vinegar (shredded)
- 2 cloves garlic (shredded)
- 3 tablespoons sage (shredded)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 2 pounds ground pork
- 7 ounces cheddar cheese (shredded)
- 2 tablespoons dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup (shredded)
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic (shredded)
- 3 tablespoons sage (shredded)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl place all ingredients.Mix well.
- We recommend donning a pair of food safe gloves and mixing by hand.Roll the meat into balls that are the size of 2 tablespoons.
- We managed to get 30 balls from this mixture.
