Ingredients

  • 4 piece bacon ((reserve bacon grease))
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper ((reserve bacon grease))
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese
  • 16 oz slaw mix
  • 3 tbsp green onions ((reserve bacon grease))

Instructions

  1. Add bacon to a pan and cook until browned and crispy.
  2. Remove from pan and let cool.
  3. Reserve bacon grease.Add mayo, mustard, salt, pepper, and apple cider vinegar to a small bowl.
  4. Stir.
  5. Pour in reserved bacon grease and mix well until smooth.Add cabbage slaw mix, cheddar cheese, and green onion.
  6. Toss until well coated.
  7. Sprinkle with extra cheddar cheese, bacon, and green onion if desired.
