Ingredients
- 4 piece bacon ((reserve bacon grease))
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper ((reserve bacon grease))
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese
- 16 oz slaw mix
- 3 tbsp green onions ((reserve bacon grease))
Instructions
- Add bacon to a pan and cook until browned and crispy.
- Remove from pan and let cool.
- Reserve bacon grease.Add mayo, mustard, salt, pepper, and apple cider vinegar to a small bowl.
- Stir.
- Pour in reserved bacon grease and mix well until smooth.Add cabbage slaw mix, cheddar cheese, and green onion.
- Toss until well coated.
- Sprinkle with extra cheddar cheese, bacon, and green onion if desired.
